Is LYVN available online?
Yes. You start online, complete intake online, and a licensed clinician reviews your information remotely.
Do I need insurance?
No. LYVN is a direct-pay cash program and does not bill insurance. Some HSA or FSA accounts may cover the cost.
Do I automatically receive medication after paying?
No. Payment does not guarantee medication or treatment. A licensed clinician must determine whether treatment is medically appropriate.
How does the clinical review work?
You complete a medical intake first, choose a plan, then pay. A licensed clinician reviews your information and decides whether GLP-1 treatment is appropriate for you.
What happens if I'm not approved?
If a licensed provider determines you are not clinically eligible after reviewing your completed intake, you may request a refund as described in LYVN’s Refund Policy.

How does pharmacy fulfillment work?
