Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident starting a program with LYVN. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available.

Starter program ($349 GLP-1)

If a licensed provider determines you are not clinically eligible for treatment after reviewing your completed intake, you may receive a full refund of your starter program fee. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the eligibility decision.

Non-refundable situations

• Treatment was approved and a prescription was issued or filled
• Incomplete or inaccurate intake information
• Change of mind after clinical approval
• Ongoing subscription charges after the first billing period (cancel future renewals instead)

Subscriptions

Monthly continuation plans may be canceled anytime from your patient portal. Cancellation stops future charges; prior charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

How to request a refund

Email support@lyvnhealth.com with your name, order reference, and reason. We respond within 3–5 business days.
